This platform was born from my direct experience in the blue-collar community. These incredible men and women are too often overlooked despite their pivotal role in shaping our society.
The blue-collar world is more than just physical labor. It's a place where hidden talents flourish – talents that go beyond manual skills. Soft skills like problem-solving, effective communication, leadership, and the ability to pass on knowledge are applauded, but not taught. Rewarded, but not provided. And expected, but not offered.
As a result, these skills remain largely unrecognized and underutilized in the skilled trades, no matter how vital they may be. As a result, many talented individuals do not reach their full potential.
At the Blue is the New White Academy, we aim to change that. Our training is designed to:
1. Create, grow, and support skilled trade businesses that uplift and support the hardworking individuals in these industries.
2. Elevate the overall value of blue-collar employees and technicians; benefiting themselves, their families, and their employers.
3. Create company alignment between front line employees, back-office administration, and executive leadership to ensure rewarding careers and support a culture of learning.
Blue collar workers and business owners are the unsung heroes of the civilized world. The backbone of our society; tirelessly building, maintaining, and evolving our physical surroundings. Their work enables everyone to lead better lives. And it’s time they are given the tools that will allow them to also lead better lives.
Blue is the New White is more than just a platform, a course, a book, or a podcast.
It's a culture. To be learned. To be taught. And to be celebrated.
And it starts with you.
Let’s go to work.
