This platform was born from my direct experience in the blue-collar community. These incredible men and women are too often overlooked despite their pivotal role in shaping our society.
The blue-collar world is more than just physical labor. It's a place where hidden talents flourish – talents that go beyond manual skills. Soft skills like problem-solving, effective communication, leadership, and the ability to pass on knowledge are applauded, but not taught. Rewarded, but not provided. And expected, but not offered.
As a result, these skills remain largely unrecognized and underutilized in the skilled trades, no matter how vital they may be. As a result, many talented individuals do not reach their full potential.
At the Blue is the New White Academy, we aim to change that. Our training is designed to empower these professionals to:
1. Elevate their financial status, benefiting themselves, their families, and their employers.
2. Create and grow businesses that uplift and support the hardworking individuals in these industries.
3. Restore pride and respect to these essential professions that have built and continue to shape our world.
As blue collar workers, we are the unsung heroes of the civilized world. The backbone of our society; tirelessly building, maintaining, and evolving our physical surroundings. Our work enables everyone to lead better lives. It’s time we are acknowledged and celebrated for our contributions.
And if others can’t see the value in us, we will see it in ourselves. Acquire the skills to communicate it, teach it, and enterprise it. And then show the entire world why the fuck we’re so important.
Blue is the New White is more than just a platform, a course, a book, or a podcast. It represents more than just an idea, a movement, or a brand.
It's an entirely new reality.
Let’s go to work.
